However, if you are not completely satisfied with the items you ordered, you may contact us and qualify for a full or partial refund in store credits only depending on the item you ordered and the reason for refund. You may qualify for a refund within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. No physical item will be accepted, but you may fill out and submit a Refund Request Form.
To request a refund for an item, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to be sent a Refund Request Form. I will get back to you within 2 days. After receiving it, you will have 7 days to fill in your name, your e-mail address, the product name, purchase date, reason for return, proof of purchase and submit the form.Reminder: No physical items will be accepted. Depending on the item you purchased and the reason for refund, you may receive up to a full refund in store credits only.
After receiving your Refund Request Form,I will read and process it within (7) days from the day it was sent. I will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
The following items cannot be qualified for refund. :

● sale items
If you were sent the wrong product, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded.
